Education:

AA Degree preferred, HS diploma/GED required

Required Work Experience:

Two (2) years of related experience required,

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Requires a high level of clinical knowledge and regulatory standardsTwo years of medical/health care office or call center experience requiredCritical thinking and demonstrated leadership ability in order to address issues identified within the departmentExcellent interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with co-workers, patients, staff and insurance companiesIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKeyboarding speed of 40 WPMKnowledge of professional telephone etiquette and soft skills
