Senior Director of Video SalesJob Duties:

Lead and evolve RingCentral’s Video Solutions (RC Events, Webinar etc) strategy and execution to achieve sales revenue, margin goals and overall operational excellence.Recruit, retain and develop a top-talent video sales organization, including significant growth of the sales team.Work collaboratively across RingCentral’s ecosystem to leverage best practices and drive customer satisfaction and net promoter for our video solution.Coach and guide professional development of direct reports to foster and ensure a positive, open, innovative, disruptive and high performing environment for the entire organization.Ensure sales operational excellence in driving the business in a controlled and sales focused manner while encouraging innovation.Act in partnership with Engineering, Services, Marketing and Customer Success peers to create value and thought leadership in routes to market.To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

Experienced sales leader with relevant video industry and customer set experience; bring valuable insights and knowledge.Effective relationship-builder whose reputation and contacts create new and deeper opportunities for RingCentral globally.An accomplished leader and manager who can point to multiple, relevant success stories, backed up by granular, quantitative details.A veteran of B2B SaaS ecosystem with a strong ability to partner with marketing, product, services, and other key functions.A team builder who can attract new talent to RingCentral while helping existing staff to grow and adapt to a changing market.A data-driven leader who drives accountability, candor and transparency, enabling business agility and timely tactical pivots.An exceptional video sales leader who is energized by RingCentral’s business, and fits core values of the company.Setting Strategy: translates data, analytics, insight and instinct into an actionable roadmap for short and long-term success.Executing for Results: sets targets and locks in commitments; holds self and team accountable; reliably delivers value.Leading Teams: inspires and motivates direct reports and cross-functional colleagues to accomplish great things together.Relationships & Influence: builds and nurtures valuable, trusted internal and external relationships that enable success.Desired Qualifications:

6-8 years of management experience in similar industries.Must have High Tech industry and preferably SaaS experience.Strong leadership skills.Highly metrics oriented with detailed sales process efficiency and effectiveness.Coaching and leading teams through the sales cycle and process.Onsite involvement and engagement in deals.Familiarity with a wide variety of routes to market (inside, field, channel, and strategic partner sales).Professional with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data and determine insights to drive performance.What we offer:

to learn more about how we can assist you.If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $238,000 and $442,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
