We are looking for a Member Marketing Coordinator to help us further our member marketing campaigns, support our client marketing efforts, and more. This marketing coordinator will play a critical role in our success.
Reporting to the Director of Engagement Marketing, you will support our member marketing efforts and be crucial in driving awareness, enrollment, and engagement across our prospective and active members, helping us ensure that those eligible and in need of Carrum are informed about the support, guidance, and benefits of Carrum. You’ll be a critical member of our member marketing team, responsible for sharing your ideas and bringing tactics and campaigns to life. You’ve hustled, you’ve created, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode.
This is a full-time position, the salary range for this role is $50,000 – $60,000 plus bonus, depending on level of experience and geographic location.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll have an integral role in helping build marketing assets and templates for our client marketing efforts, manage direct mail campaigns, and build campaigns that inspire and engage potential Carrum Health patients.Support our Patient Perspectives Program where we create, track, organize, and leverage quotes, stories, video, and written testimonials from our patients to help build meaningful campaigns that captivate prospective Carrum members.Learn best practice marketing tactics, how to track and measure success, how to work with employers on how to best engage and inform their employee populations through marketing and communications, drive enrollment and engagement, storytell through data, and more.Have the ability to learn and develop or further basic graphic design skills to build engaging and meaningful marketing materials.Regularly collaborate with cross-functional partners across Client Success, Product, Design, Data Science, and others to support and deploy best-in-class marketing materials and campaigns.
