The Miami HEAT is seeking a Marketing Partnership Strategy Manager! The Marketing Partnership Strategy Manager is key in helping position marketing as a revenue-generating department by optimizing and driving a high-level strategy for digital content, in-game/arena activations, and social responsibility initiatives; while identifying new, compelling opportunities. This position will work strategically with other departments such as Game Operations, Business Communications, Email Automation, Social/Digital Content Production, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Partnerships to increase and monitor the performance of partner campaigns across Miami HEAT properties to meet the goals of the Marketing and the Corporate Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.Contribute to the creation of a vision, strategy, and implementation plan for marketing innovation and partnerships, with the aim of driving revenue growth.Collaborate across departments to develop cohesive digital, social responsibility and experiential packages for corporate partners with specific targeted goals, quantifiable outcomes, and execution timelines that work in concert with the HEAT’s own marketing strategy/efforts.Strategically identify new, compelling revenue/up-sell opportunities that elevate the Miami HEAT team and partner investments.Assist the Corporate Sales and Service team to present and propose promising partnership opportunities to prospects.Coordinate the implementation of cross-department communication procedures and processes.Work alongside the social/content, game operations and social responsibility teams to execute contracted deliverables for corporate partners and quantify the success and impact of the HEAT Group's properties.Partner with the Business Intelligence and Marketing Analytics teams to analyze and define essential marketing strategies for both the Miami HEAT digital platforms and for our existing and potential partners to drive marketing and business objectives.Advocate for marketing sponsorship – introduce new innovative ideas, tools and processes to drive revenue.Continuously assess, innovate, and enhance our existing monetization framework to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in a constantly evolving marketing environment.Update and organize internal tracking platform (Monday.com) with relevant data such as budgets, contract deliverables, relevant dates, etc.Oversee the delivery of actionable marketing reports and insights across dimensions: channel, platform, campaign, and KPI.Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Partnerships.Proficiency with Apple Software, Adobe Software, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
