Responsibilities

Paradyme Management is hiring a Technical Project Manager to support mission critical programs.

The Technical Project Manager will work directly with project team and oversee the overall delivery and performance over the SDLC for the project. Project team may consist of data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts in the definition of new analytics capabilities able to provide our customers with the information they need to make proper decisions and enable their digital transformation. Duties include:

Collaborate with customers to identify and create specific use cases that addresses customer needsidentify and maintain KPIs to help drive solutions and deliverySupport development team in tecnical delivery of work assignmentsInterface with senior leadership with the customers to consult on future technology roadmaps and capabilitiesLead project teams to successQualifications:

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields.Minimum 4 years relevant work experience leading project teams for customer solutions and delivery.Effectively work with customers and identify key issues and solutions and convey those to the team.Excellent verbal and written communication.Nice to Have:

Real passion for developing team-oriented solutions to complex engineering problems.Thrive in an autonomous, empowering and exciting environment.Great verbal and written communication skills to collaborate multi-functionally and improve scalability.Interest in committing to a fun, friendly, expansive, and intellectually stimulating environment.Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications using IaaS and PaaS on major cloud providers, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Services.Conveys highly technical concepts and information in written form to technical and non-technical audiences.The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential. Strong self -motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be a team-oriented individual, energetic, result & delivery oriented, with a keen interest on quality and the ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work in an agile environmentPhysical Requirements:

Sedentary work.

Requires sitting up to 8 hours per day.May require lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.

Includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.Other: Work may be performed in an office environment, which may involve frequent contact with staff and the public. Work may be stressful at times.
