Behavioral Neurologist & Division Head of Behavioral Neurology Desired at Henry

Henry Ford Medical Groups Department of Neurology is seeking two board-eligible/certified Neurologist with fellowship training in behavioral/cognitive/geriatric neurology to join our multi-disciplinary team as part of the Henry Ford Center for Cognitive Health. Henry Fords Neuroscience Institute is one of the largest and most active in the Midwest, offering advanced neurologic medical and surgical therapies across all major subspecialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the latest diagnostic tools for memory loss and dementia, including:
  • PET imaging
  • Genetic testing
  • EEG
  • Neuropsychology
  • Cerebrospinal fluid analysis
• Engage in a robust clinical trials enterprise focusing on cognitive decline.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Participate in clinical research with protected time dedicated to research activities.
• The Division Head opportunity also entails leading our clinical and research programs in behavioral neurology, aging, dementia, and Alzheimers disease. 

Qualifications:

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Neurology.
• Fellowship training in Behavioral Neurology or Geriatric Neurology.
