Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Detroit Lakes, MN

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a fast-growing practice in Detroit Lakes, MN.

• Multispecialty group practice including FM, IM, Dermatology, Audiology, Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Surgery, Podiatry, Optometry, Psychology, Psychiatry, Urology, and Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy
• Service region of 55,000
• Outreach specialties include: Allergy, Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, and Vascular
• Call is 1:6 shared with IM, but FM covers pediatrics call. Local hospital employs 24-7 adult hospitalist service
• Also covering monthly nursing home/TCU rounds at local long term care facility
• On-site pharmacy, walk-in clinic, lab, imaging and ambulatory surgical center

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $255,568 - $330,735 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
