RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be helping national, mission-based organizations and companies that make the world a better place. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly focused, and capable of working at a strategic level while simultaneously executing on a tactical level. The person in this position will be involved in the growth of our entire SEO program, so we are looking for a candidate who can lead by example, while providing instruction and education to other team members. Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to:
Developing and executing effective SEO strategiesConducting keyword research and analysisOptimizing website content and structure for search enginesAnalyzing website performance and providing recommendations for improvementStaying up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in SEO managementIn-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factorsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and project management skillsQualities you bring to the table:

Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
