Responsibilities:Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various interventional pain management techniques.Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.Educate patients and their families on effective pain management strategies and self-care techniques.Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and documentation.Qualifications:Medical degree from an accredited institution.Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine.Completion of a Pain Fellowship program.Anesthesia or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) background are welcome to apply.New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.Must possess active medical licenses in Illinois.
