The supervisor will work in collaboration with all Clinical Care Operations staff and provide support to all hospital units throughout the Medical Center while maintaining clinical nursing practice skills and unit specific expertise. Specific duties include leading staff, directing patient care activities, expediting and escalating concerns to senior leadership, liaising with patients and families, monitoring & facilitating bed placement, providing clinical support to all acute care units and the Emergency Department, and participating on performance improvement initiatives.
