CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Planner who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced environment in support of the Space Force/Space Operations Command. We are seeking a motivated individual to join an innovative and dynamic team that is developing mission critical solutions for the warfighter.
What You'll Get to Do:
Primary responsibility is to collaborate with program management, project managers, the engineering team, and other departments to support the team in execution of the tasks on contract. The Program Planner will assist with the organization, tracking, and coordination of a variety of aspects of the program. The Program Planner will also perform administrative level support and tasks as determined by the program manager and technical leads.
More About the Role:Coordinate incoming new hiresSupport remote and on-site customer meetingsSetup teleconferences with vendors, CACI staff, and customersCoordinate contractor ID card renewals and new contractor ID cards for the teamMaintain the team calendar and e-mail distribution listsUpdate Confluence with status updates for customer meetings and manage document repositoriesPrepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and capture and track actions from teleconferences and meetingsFacilitate the planning and execution of employee parties and other appreciation eventsAssist with domestic and international travel planning and logisticsCoordinate export and import paperwork for international tripsAssist the property manager and Shipping and Receiving Department with logistics for shipmentsSupport the program with other tasks as directedResponsible for special projects and other duties as assigned
You'll Bring These Qualifications:Must Have US CitizenshipCurrent National Security Clearance at the TS level and ability to obtain SCI level clearanceBS/BA degree with 5+ years of applicable experienceExcellent written and verbal skillsStrong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Proven success in communication and planningStrong attention to detail
