Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.What you'll do:Design and document enterprise-wide architectures, roadmaps and frameworksDetermine how technology can be applied to meet our business needsActively manage the evaluation, selection and application of architecture components to create an integrated portfolio of applications which deliver maximum business value in line with enterprise strategy and standardsSpearhead the development and design data lake solution for analytics platformSupport strategic approaches and maintain alignment of development projects with enterprise strategic directionInvestigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modificationsApply design concepts: layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging and patterns for enterprise solutionsWhat you'll need:8+ years of software engineering experience5+ years’ experience architecting, developing, deploying and supporting complex applications in an enterprise environmentExperience with AWS, APIs and microservicesHands-on application development experience with a broad knowledge of development platforms, languages and technologiesKnowledge of or experience with Container based development and deploymentThe ability to work across a wide range of disciplines including Web Services, Application Services, Web User InterfacesExperience migrating enterprise applications from on-prem to the cloudUnderstanding of SPA frameworks (React preferred) and ER modelling and database interactions would be a plus, not requiredAbility to drive results through your job competencies of application architecture, collaboration and platform architectureAbility to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trustOur side of the deal:We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. Every team member is required to have a career plan in place,to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.The starting pay for this role is $175,000 per annum with 15% MBO.Pay progression based on your performance. We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
