Join us to be part of a transformative journey that can shape the industry's future.The senior level leader will manage technical resources, provide technical vision and leadership over critical capabilities over the Corporate Systems. Build a trusting relationship with our HR, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and other corporate department’s business leads by delivering superior business value. The candidate, reporting to a VP-level, will oversee the end-to-end technical solution delivery process collaborating across multiple development teams and vendors. Experience in managing global team with onshore/offshore model is a must. Experience in Financial Services industry and knowledge of Oracle Fusion, and RPA technology is a must.What will you do:Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and partner in bringing the business vision to fruition.Oversee day-to-day IT operations of Oracle fusion modules (HCM, OLC, ORC, EPM, ERP, procurement) and RPA platform and all the data integration ecosystem for these systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop strategy for migration to cloud. Manage vendor relationships and governance of all vendor work streams and statements of work.Drive platform roadmap in partnership with business teams to stay current with the market needs.Provide technical thought leadership and be a strong collaborator with domain SMEs, application architects, and less senior development teams and management.Review and manage data processes and establish robust controls.Be an active communicator.Coach and mentor, the team to deliver business value outcome and employee engagements.Ability to partner with the business and build a strategic roadmap.What you will have:Strong people management skills, experience managing global teams.BS/BA and above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or experience.10+ years of management experience in Information Technology supporting the development of complex projects involving significant data and cloud application.Ability to effectively define IT’s role as a partner.A solid understanding of software development principles.Experience in high volume (transactions) and high-availability systems.Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules and RPA technology.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage vendor relationships and develop suitable integration solutions.Experience in project sizing for efforts and schedule and project management skills.Ability to apply in-depth technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas.Strong communication. Demonstrated ability to set direction and drive a development team towards that direction. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Compensation:The salary range for this role is $180,000-$210,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
