Child Care Director
to support Ebenezer’s Intergenerational childcare program by caring for our children in their assigned age group and providing supervisor for assistant teachers and aides. Pillars of Prospect Park Child care is one of four intergenerational child care centers Ebenezer offers.Responsibilities/Job DescriptionExercises supervisory responsibilities and ability to lead all aspects of the program elements and provide direct care when neededFacilities Management (facility compliance requirements, coordinates with the Chef and kitchen to ensure DHS compliance)Supervises the maintenance of the facility and grounds and provides direction to appropriate staff and/or vendors as vitalEnsures the facility is in compliance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulationsSupervises Child Care staff and volunteersQualificationsRequired QualificationsHigh school Diploma/GED1-3 years experience in similar roleChild Care Director LicensePreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field3-5 years experience in similar roleExperience with intergenerational programmingNeed help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!As part of Fairview Health Services, Ebenezer is driven to heal, discover and educate for longer, healthier and meaningful lives for seniors.
