Crestron Control System Programmer

OverviewThe Crestron Control System Programmer will provide daily operational support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Headquarters at Ft. Meade, Maryland, with a primary focus on Crestron programming and system integration.
Responsibilities
Develop, program, and troubleshoot complex Crestron control systems for audio, video, switching, and automation.
Design and engineer complete AV systems with a strong emphasis on Crestron technology.
Lead design discussions and coordinate AV system installations focusing on Crestron integration.
Create detailed AV system design drawings in AutoCAD/Visio, specifically tailored for Crestron systems.
Modify architectural plans to seamlessly incorporate Crestron control systems.
Stay updated with the latest Crestron technologies and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to project managers and technical staff regarding Crestron programming and integration.
Required Experience/Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically focused on Crestron programming and system integration.
Strong proficiency in Crestron programming languages such as SIMPL#Pro, SIMPL +, SIMPL, VT Pro, and Crestron Construct
Familiarity with Crestron hardware components and configurations
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
Experience with AV technologies such as Polycom/Cisco, Clearone, Biamp, and QSC Pro Audio.
CTS-D, CTS-I, and additional Crestron certifications are advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and technical teams.
Previous experience supporting installation teams with technical assistance for Crestron-based AV systems.
Experience of key technologies such as:
Control (Crestron, AMX, Extron)
Audio (BIAMP, Shure, Crestron)
Video (1Beyond, Cisco, Crestron)
AVoIP Design and Deployment
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
Minimum SECRET clearance; TS/SCI preferred
