About the Role

As the Head of Sales at Chat Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales strategies and operations. You'll be tasked with leading a dedicated sales team to market our cutting-edge AI models and tools, including both the Chat Data and Medical Chat platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about solving complex problems in healthcare and is eager to make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Sales Leadership: Directly oversee the sales of our Medical Chat and Chat Data platforms, ensuring the achievement of our sales targets.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and nurture a world-class sales team by recruiting top talent and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Privacy, Security, Compliance: Ensure our products are secure, privacy-preserving, and compliant with regulations like SOC2 and HIPAA.
  • Operational Efficiency: Utilize AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with tech leadership and the executive team to align sales strategies with our broader business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly regarded.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, particularly in the healthcare, technology, or AI sectors. Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing sales teams. Experience in early-stage startups or as a sales leader in a fast-growing tech company is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, AI technologies, and the competitive landscape. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2) is essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Sales Expertise: Expert in crafting and executing sales strategies, understanding customer needs, and selling complex solutions. Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to adapt to new information or challenges.
