Customer Service Specialist temporary to hire position located on the North Shore area. Duties: Handle high volume inbound customer calls, respond to customer requests, resolve issues, schedule and book service calls. Maintain and update customer database. Proficient in MS Office skills. Strong communication skills. Must be able to work in a faced paced environment.
