Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Answering phones, emails, and communicating with customers, agents, and carriers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Handling filing tasks to maintain organized records and documentation.
• Tracking and tracing shipments to provide real-time updates to customers and ensure timely delivery.
• Assisting with billing processes, including invoicing customers and processing vendor invoices.
• Performing administrative tasks to support the department and ensure smooth operations.

Skills:

• Previous customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Administration and billing experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for communication and data management.
