About our Creative Director position:

The Creative Director drives the design and creative strategy for our clients. This role is able to take complex goals and solve them using creative solutions with technology, media, and art. The ideal candidate is crafty and professional, with knowledge of the latest cutting-edge design methods, digital outposts, and multimedia tools.

This role is a regular contributor to client projects, the de-facto opinion on creative standards and visual design, and is deeply connected to our clients’ brands. The Creative Director will inspire other design partners to achieve the highest quality of work with sacrificing personality, connectedness, authenticity and positive experiences. This role must be able to understand audiences and relationships, and is equally able to communicate the function and purpose of hard-wired products in an inspiring and engaging way.

Core Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Design Technology or a related field is required

6 or more years of relevant experience working in a creative management capacity, agency experience is preferred

Strong knowledge of UX, UI, and design principles

Proven experience working digital and immersive technology

Ability to deliver visual presentations to communicate ideas, data, and proposals

Ability to translate consumer insights into tangible design projects

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Outstanding customer service skills with a high level of emotional intelligence

Ability to work collaboratively with partners, clients, and teams across multiple disciplines
