Required Qualifications:
At least 7+years of Relevant Information Technology experienceBachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationMust have experience as a Business Architect implementing Oracle EBS & Cloud O2C and P2P modules.Must have sound understanding and hands on experience of O2C and P2P modulesExperience in Business strategy & assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle ERP R12Program Solution Advisory to project team members such as project managers, business system analysts and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have the End to End understanding of a companys processes and its impact in O2C, P2P processExposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiativesWorked with fortune 500 organizations in delivering finance transformation engagements with tangible outcomesProject, talent management and thought leadershipGood articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to CXO levelExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
