Job Title:Sr Business Analyst, Funding Operations

Job Summary and Description:

The Senior Business Analyst, OM helps ensure that EPRI's Order Management group operates with operational efficacy and excellence. The individual will prioritize, design and document workflow; develop and manage solutions to improve existing business processes, develop and manage solutions for newly identified business ideas to meet the requirements of Order Management and other stakeholders; and assure a timely and effective implementation within EPRI.

To succeed in this role, the individual must understand the strategic vision for EPRI customer relationships and help ensure projects undertaken align with EPRI's policy and are implemented in a timely and effective manner. The Senior Business Analyst, OM will understand the company's policy on contractual obligations with customers, contracts, order fulfillment, and billing processes. He/she will understand EPRI's access policies and US Export Control laws to provide guidance on businesses rules, procedures, and accuracy of customer access to EPRI R&D products.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Order to Cash (OTC):Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and coordinating the development of SAP OTC business system requirements, process improvements, process testing, and validation.Responsible for the communications and the training of business users on updated processesReview and recommend SAP system security roles / authorizations.Business Process and Systems:

Focus on continuous improvement; identify and implement opportunities to improve systems, customer management processes, and cross-functional business processes.Coordinate material pricing, quotes and contracts and system interface details relating to customer, material, sales and access and assure all transactions are completed accurately and timely.Provide innovative solutions to support business processes.Customer Access Management:

Review, audit, and provide guidance on the creation and implementation of access and customer material process.Provide training and documentation regarding access rules, policies and requirements with staff in other parts of the organization.Database Management - Structured Query Language (SQL) database

Develop and publish customer-, material-, and other OTC-related information to satisfy end user requests.Identify and develop reports to highlight potential process gaps and highlight inconsistencies through data mining.Legal and Compliance Liaison:

Work with Legal and Compliance to implement access in a way that ensures that EPRI complies with US export control laws.Work with Legal and Compliance to implement and audit material licensing policy.Education and Experience:

Bachelor Degree in business or technical-related field. Master's degree preferred.6+ combined years of related work and educational experience in Business System administration, process improvement, contract negotiation/analysis, and/or business analytics.Experience in understanding and translating business requirements into enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Experience with SAP S/4 ERP system and OTC functional area required.SQL programming experience, database management/manipulation, and data mining experience.Proven project management, analytical, organizational and time management skills.Skills and Attributes:

Ability to lead through influence, show initiative, sound judgment, and resourcefulness.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to work on teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Confidence in performing training sessions and staff presentations.Ability to adapt rapidly to changing organizational and business needs.Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.Commitment to confidentiality.

The salary range for this position is $81,700 USD to $90,195 USD annually.

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This role is eligible to participate in EPRI's annual incentive program. The amount of incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.

This role is eligible to participate in EPRI's standard employee benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, vision, 401k, STD/LTD and paid family leave, life and accident insurance, paid time off (flexible vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay).
