If this sounds interesting to you, below are a few more details:Serve as a Business Analyst in an Agile team and define business requirements.Assist in refining and managing user stories and creating business process maps and other documentation.Work consultatively with business units and the data team (Data Engineering, BI Engineering, Data Science) on data driven strategies that improve business processes and decision making.Work with prepared data sets using data tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI.Conduct root cause and comparative analysis and identify opportunities to improve business operations.Use Power BI to identify opportunities, drive process improvements, guide requirements refinement, and help the data team with the development lifecycle.Hybrid/Onsite work settingHere is what we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, or Business Administration with specialization in IT, Computer Sciences or equivalent is required.5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst position overseeing the design, development, and implementation of solutions in the form reports, dashboards, applications, systems, and processes is required.Demonstrated excellent analytical and creative problem-solving.Experience with PowerBI, SQL and advanced use of Excel for report writing and data mining is highly preferred.What we offer:

$115,000.00 - $135,000.00
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is $115,000 to $135,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
