Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST MRO LOGISTICS DEPT of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST. Responsibilities You will organize components policy meetings wherein plans relative to workload, staffing and funding requirements are formulated. You will advise the civilian and military managers of production trends, recommended actions. You will define volume and recognize production trends to resolve constraints and bottlenecks. You will provide monthly analysis for all executed Engine, Components, and Calibrations work. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following specialized experience: Consolidate demand requirements, determine labor hours for the weekly and quarterly workload schedule and distribute workload hours throughout different cost center. Ensure adequate capacity is available for assigned workload and identify alternative resources, such as contractors, to meet planned workload requirements or unscheduled and emergent workload demands. Ensure that workload is scheduled into cognizant shops based on demonstrated lead times, manning levels, and material in consonance with the customers on delivery dates. Coordinate with the Master Scheduler to ensure a viable plan is developed to induct and return aircraft, engines, and components to the customer on the schedule delivery dates.
