Our client is a leader in geotechnical specialty construction, offering preconstruction planning, negotiated projects, hard bid projects, and design-build services. They specialize in new and expanded infrastructure projects, including buildings, bridges, roads, and dams in confined metropolitan areas, supported by a variety of drilling, foundation, and excavation options.
Description:
As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the President, you will oversee project budgets, schedules, costs, and overall project performance to minimize risks and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk.
Coordinate procurement and proposal development activities to ensure timely progress.
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners.
Coordinate efforts of all project stakeholders, including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor construction progress and hold regular status meetings with clients and consultant teams.
Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Assist in post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
Participate actively in production tracking and post-job analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
15+ years of experience in Drilled Shaft installation.
5+ years of experience as a responsible project manager and estimator.
Experience in construction of retaining walls, shoring, excavating, and tie backs.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
