You have a commercial sense for how to make revenue happen while delivering exceptional customer experiences in an authentic manner. Your team is the first point of contact for Tomo’s customers and is focused on introducing them to our unique home buying experience, converting them to educated consumers, and guiding them through the mortgage process.The right candidate for this role is excited by early career talent development and has a history of being a data-driven sales manager. You thrive in managing a high performing sales team, and have 7-12 years of high volume sales experience yourself. Surpassing quota is in your DNA, you’ve created and driven a rigorous sales process, and you lean on metrics to evolve yourself and your team.This role is based in our Stamford, CT Office Monday-Wednesday, and remote optional Thursdays & Friday.The things you'll be doing...Drive a team of early career inside sales associates in a task fed/process driven environment with gusto and analytical rigorBe an ambassador for our customers through the use of data and metrics to improve our sales processUse data, KPIs, processes, and systems integrally to drive your team's performance. Some of this we have already- some of it you will have to build yourself!Develop high potential talent with a focus on customer centricity through motivational training, coaching and personal developmentChampion process and policy changes as we learn more about our customer, their needs, and how to drive an industry-changing consumer experience in home buyingContribute to continuous improvement by identifying patterns and opportunities to streamline to the working relationship between Tomo’s Pre Approval Advisors and Loan OfficersIdentify performance excellence and challenges, share and improve on these to level up TomoMonitor inbound demand to escalate when necessary (positive or negative)Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop strategies for hiring & onboarding new Pre Approval AdvisorsEngage with and answer homebuyer’s questions about Tomo, our offerings, and the pre-application process via text, email, phone, and chat when needed to support the sales team.The things you're a GOAT at...Developing a sales system and process for scaleHolding your team accountable to a high bar of excellence and quick growthLeading with a clear vision on sales strategyDriving highly qualified conversions and tackling customer escalations swiftly & kindlyYou may also have the extras...7-12 years of sales-related experience in small business, real estate or financial servicesMortgage Sales expertiseFin-Tech, Prop-Tech or Financial Services backgroundNMLS LicenseOur expected annual compensation for this position is between $175,000 - $225,000.We care a lot about our Team…
