Build and maintain business-critical software to process and record customers' retirement savingsCollaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to share knowledge and build expertiseDevelop ownership over domains in our system and make informed engineering trade-offsAdvocate for and delight internal and external usersImprove engineering standards, tooling, and processesWhat you bring to the role:
1 year of experience building and maintaining software in productionDesire to work with the following technologies: Node, TypeScript, React, AWS and PostgreSQLTop-notch communication skills. You can communicate well with engineers and non-engineers alikeEnjoy mentoring other engineers and deeply reviewing their codeProactive and empathetic mindset - you love to roll up your sleeves to fix problems for our customersNice to have:
