JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain cross-functional alignment and manage project execution with internal and external stakeholders.Manage vendor evaluation processes, including Product Demos, Security Assessments, and coordination for MSA, SOW, and POC activities.Partner with business PMs to leverage organization change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, solution adoption, and end-user training.Lead core team and executive steering committee meetings, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and critical paths.Create and manage project plans, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and IT change control.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Box, and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).Strong communication and presentation abilities.Minimum 8 years of experience in leading major cross-functional projects, with PMP certification preferred.
