We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager; the responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects

Planning projects to include setting deadlines, prioritizing tag, and assigning team members to various deliverables

Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation; providing financial supports and budget outlines to Executives,

Overseeing the development of the Project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards,

Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines,

Accurately documenting the Project's creation, development, and execution, as well as documenting the Project's scope, budget, and justification,

Work with multi-functional business units and IT teams to understand and document project objectives , scope,

Requirements, milestones, deliverables, schedule, and cost estimates.

Coordinate vendor evaluations and demonstrations; and support vendor negotiations, vendor deliverable tracking and invoice processing (when applicable).

Monitor and control each Project by training, reviewing, and communicating progress to Project partners to

Include risk and issue management, decision and action item tracking.

Prepare for and lead project team meetings, including creation and distribution of meeting agendas and meeting notes.

Participate in continual process improvement within the PMO.

Keep abreast of current trends and make recommendations for self-development . Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business , IT, or a related field or seven years of Project Management experience A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification!)

Strong leadership skills

Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and technicalities Excellent organizational and technical skills

Minimum three years of Project Management or five years of Project Coordination experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required

Demonstrated experience working in both Agile/SCRUM and waterfall environments with an understanding of SDLC concepts, methodologies, and practices

Ability to sense, respond to, and appropriately escalate risk and change impacting a project

Proven project schedule development and management experience Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience with people management, risk management, and change management

Ability to be proactive and independent, as well as interdependent on the team when necessary Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Solid problem-solving skills

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office

Proven aptitude with project management software including MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, or similar software Experience in cyber security industry preferred
