Essential Responsibilities:
Lead a diverse team of software engineers to deliver embedded software projects.Negotiate software delivery content with the customer, set implementation and defect resolution priorities, manage release activities, incorporate ASPICE activities into software project plans.Support an effective use of scrum within the automotive environment, including helping drive scrum process improvements and providing scrum training.Work across multiple domains (software, hardware, systems, system test, manufacturing, technical management, project management), developing understanding of ADAC products and supporting technologies.Manage work division for development and verification between various development teams, raising resource needs to department leadership.Manage project timelines and sprints.Identify risks, define mitigation strategies and execute them when needed.Planning, training, and deployment of ADAC product development process to achieve ASPICE CL2 certification.Develop, Track, and report project metrics.Education & Experience:
Bachelor of Computer or Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science or related field5+ years software project management experience3+ years of embedded C developmentPractical knowledge of ASPICEStrong planning, monitoring and communication skillsAbility to work with Global TeamsNon-Essential Responsibilities:
