Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to support a market leading team of Brokers at a top global real estate services firm. The role consists of execution of work related to commercial real estate transactions and client deliverables. This individual must be a collaborative team player with a can-do mindset and will participate in regular business and team meetings, as requested, to understand and facilitate client goals. This multifaceted role requires someone with strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Brokerage Coordinator will be trained and developed to become highly proficient with internal systems and technologies, as well as Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft and Adobe applications.Job Description

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and office support to a local brokerage teamAssist with all aspects of meetings and manage active calendars for brokerage teamMaintain confidential department records and office files in accordance with internal company proceduresProofread and correct spelling, grammatical, and layout errorsCoordinate and assist with collecting, aggregating, and preparing dataUpdate and maintain client databasePrepare expense reports, obtain receipts as needed, and reconcile all credit card chargesCoordinate travel and administer activitiesCode and submit team invoices to AccountingPerform special projects as requiredAssist with updating electronic property listingsAssist in the creation and/or editing of presentation materials including flyers, leasing proposals, case studies, email blasts, invitations, etc.Utilize standard marketing-approved templates and graphics while assisting in the creation of presentation materials, etc.Requirements

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2+ years of prior office experienceOr any similar combination of education and experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent phone and organization skillsAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitaskStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven record of providing excellent customer service, both internal and externalExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent attendance and punctualityProfessional appearance and decorum at all timesThe qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service orientedPhysical Requirements

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $26.56 - $31.25
