We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned leader to step into a director level role in Product Management, where you will play a pivotal role in driving key business metrics and shaping the future of our product offerings. Your focus on developing and executing product strategies to enhance GTM outcomes aligns seamlessly with our growth objectives. As a visionary leader, you will be critical in defining our product strategy, and build roadmaps that inform our ongoing vision, goals, and expansion plans. Drive Key Business Metrics: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to move the needle on ARR and NDR in partnership with GTM teams.Define Product Strategy: Develop and define a clear product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals; Help us prioritize opportunities as we expand the product to better serve up-market customers.Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and support product managers who are excited to partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver market-leading compensation solutions.Champion Customer Focus: Bring passion, deep interest, and dedication to understanding both the macro and micro of compensation, from labor market dynamics and fluctuation to the daily, administratively-heavy compensation management processes that our customers experience.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering teams to align on product strategy & roadmap, and help GTM teams successfully execute new product releases.Develop Monetization & Pricing Strategy: Use your experience in B2B SaaS to make informed decisions around monetization, pricing, and product enhancements.Be a key member of the EPD Leadership Team: Actively contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company and collaborate to set company-wide objectives and identify growth opportunities.About you

This salary range may include multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, commuter benefits, catered lunch, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits.Pave's salary range for this position:

$350,000 USDOur Compensation Philosophy

Pave’s compensation philosophy is to target the 75th percentile of the market for both cash and equity at your job level. This means that the “mid point” of every band at Pave is the 75th percentile of the broader market.Pave also has a merit-based philosophy when it comes to compensation increases. We run a performance cycle twice per year to evaluate employees’ performance. Higher than average performance ratings result in compensation increases to the upper end of the individual’s compensation range for their role. The result is that high performers at Pave are paid above the 75th percentile of the market at large.Pave is committed to pay equity. If you get an offer from Pave, it will be based on your level as determined by your interview performance. And nothing else. We explicitly do not negotiate salary and equity to ensure that we aren’t introducing bias that could lead to pay inequities within the team between candidates who have different negotiation tactics.FAQ’s:
