This role can be based out of Houston, Kansas City, Omaha, St. Louis, Greenville, SC or Denver. Primary focus is driving strategic growth initiatives, fostering client relationships, and leading a hard-working team to expand market presence and capitalize on emerging opportunities within the industry.Core responsibilities include:

Identify and own corporate relationships within the Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) community that most align with targeted industries of the Industrial group.Lead and develop a team of market-based Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive local EPC relationships and business opportunities.Work closely with EPC project team in the Industrial Managed Services (IMS) group to ensure EPC customer needs are met. Align with IMS on workforce planning to forecast labor needs.Partner with Industrial Directors and other field leaders to support large Industrial projects that focus on front-end work as needed from EPC customers.Collaborate with VP of sales and mega projects teams to support the strategy for and continued growth of mega projects in the Industrial business.Work with Legal and Finance Departments to proactively establish acceptable Terms & Conditions language and cost to serve metrics to help establish profitability for this business.Coordinate the EPCs with the key end users and fabricators that are part of a major project.Work with the DC / Fulfillment channels that will serve and support major projects.Preferred qualifications:
