As the Product Manager for Data Strategy & Governance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's enterprise-wide data initiatives. Your primary focus will be collaborating on the development and adoption of logical models, ontologies, taxonomies, and other knowledge structures to establish a standard data approach for products across all business units, while also accommodating individual product needs. Partnering closely with stakeholders, you will support the development and execution of an effective data governance program, fostering collaboration, networking, and product thinking throughout the organization.Responsibilities:

Shape and guide strategic data initiatives across the enterprise.Work with diverse stakeholders to understand and synthesize complex requirements into an actionable plan to evolve strategic data offerings and approaches.Partner with developers/architects to support data mapping, implementation efforts, or technology solutions.Analyze and recommend data modeling, cataloging, and governance tooling solutions and processes.Support the data governance program, engaging stakeholders, and prioritizing projects.Monitor and apply industry standardization initiatives.Exhibit high levels of collaboration and time management skills ensuring project requirements and deadlines are met.Think strategically to create roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and key results.Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of capital markets, post-trade processing, and wealth management data domains; familiarity with financial industry data standards.Degree in Information Science, Data Science, Mathematics, related field, or commensurate experience.Understanding of data modeling principles, including dimensional modeling, entity relationship tools (ER tools), and semantic modeling.Experience with data mapping, cleansing, transformation/ETL methods.Ability to translate complex business and financial sector terminology into precise knowledge representations.Strong logical and conceptual reasoning abilities, with keen attention to detail.Effective communication skills, with experience presenting complex topics concisely to Executive Management.Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace, a work model that allows associates around the globe to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
