We are an early stage, high growth start-up called MediaKits -- MediaKits.com is a simple and easy to use platform for influencers, bloggers, and musicians to create a custom media kit online with real-time data and analytics. We are building a company culture of hardworking individuals who are passionate about the creator economy.We are looking for a Product Manager who can take our product and program to the next level. As the second PM on our team, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing on our existing efforts, while exploring ways to further increase the impact of the team. We are a small, high-leverage team with diverse expertise in both product and operations. We move quickly, work directly with the people we're serving, and look to create scalable solutions to enhance the creator economy.Responsibilities:
Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to build a product strategy and roadmap that drives results.Set clear goals to measure success and incentivize the most impactful work for our team.Own execution for the full product lifecycle, including research, design, development, and launch.Partner closely with other teams at MediaKits and with other business functions to ensure strategic alignment and healthy collaboration towards our shared goals.Own end-to-end product quality, including bugs, customer issues, and technical debt.Lead and orchestrate productive and efficient Sprints.Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and leaders throughout MediaKits.Qualifications/Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who is driven, intelligent, proactive, detail-oriented, personable, and who can multitask on several projects.5+ years of product management experience at a technology company, preferably on consumer-facing products.User-focused and demonstrated ability to translate user needs into product solutions.Strong technical competence, and ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to bring simplicity and structure to ambiguous challenges with multiple stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment.Job Type:
