We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Management Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Denial of Federal Benefits (DFB) and the Defense Procurement Fraud Debarment (DPFD) Programs. The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality customer service and have a strong background in data entry and an understanding of court systems. Responsibilities

Provide prompt customer service through telephone, email, or United States Postal Service, responding to incoming correspondence and communication regarding the debarment process.Accurately enter new cases into the system, maintain current cases, and retire old cases.Verify information and establish new accounts, providing programmatic knowledge of criminal court programs and processes.Attend meetings as required to discuss and resolve program-related issues.Coordinate with the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), BJA, other government agencies, and the public to provide comprehensive service to all consumers of the DFB-DPFD system.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma.Experience: At least 10 years of data entry experience.Preferred Skills: Some knowledge of court systems is preferred.Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in data management.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences, including senior management.Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial in developing effective custom-tailored Zero Trust controls.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Availability to attend meetings as needed and coordinate with various government agencies and public stakeholders.Security Clearance: The candidate must be eligible for and obtain the required security clearance as determined by the Government Agency.
