Sales Strategy

Owns the Quarterly Event and Catering Sales Strategy set by Company LeadershipEffectively communicate the strategy progress and results to LeadershipBusiness

Drive new businessBuild return businessDistribute incoming event and catering leads to appropriate team membersMotivate and encourage team to refer event/catering businessBe Creative in Selling when it is Beneficial for the VenueEducate team on conversion and develop team members to reach and maintain conversion of 69% or higherEvent & Catering Packages and Options

Understand all Event & Catering Packages and OptionsExhibit the ability to Sell these Packages and OptionsMarketing & Promotions

Utilizes the Marketing Tools to gain leadsUtilizes current promotions to close businessBe Creative in bringing new marketing ideasAdd input on monthly local Store Marketing callsTeam Market Focus

Understand competitors and how to win against themStay on top of market trendsStay connected with community and top decision makers in marketAbility to perform through Market ResearchGuest Engagement

Selling Packages and Space

Ensure that Explanations and Descriptions are accurateEnsure that the Sales Team is Maximizing the SpaceObtaining BEO Details within Appropriate Time Frame

Ensure that BEOs are detailed by their deadlineBEO Details with Correct Execution Information

Ensure BEOs make sense operationallyApply room capacities, floor plans, etc.BEO Details with Correct Financial Information

Apply room minimums, financial charges, etc.Maintain Direct Billing clients, and ensure timely paymentExecution of the “Pass Off”

Ensure that all events are greeted by a member of the sales teamEnsure all guest concerns are fully addressedFOH & BOH Execution of SOPs
