Enterprise Business Systems Analyst

As a member of the Business Systems team under the VP of Business Systems, the Enterprise Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company's ERP system. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of the ERP system.

Essential Functions:

Provide Level 1 end user support for the company's ERP system, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to key financial, supply chain, and manufacturing business processes.Identify process improvement opportunities within the organization recommending and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency.Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements and are properly implemented.Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional and application issues and manage these through to resolution.Support the VP of Business Systems in managing business system vendors to assure receipt of proper services and application performance.Generate and manage various management reports, status reports, and system assessment reports related to billing, revenue management, procure-to-pay, order/quote-to-cash, SCM/MRP and manufacturingDevelop user-training/material/documentation and conduct training for end-users on how to effectively use systems features and related applications.Standard Essential Functions:

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Infor CloudSuite, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc).Hands-on experience with INFOR CloudSuite ERP a plus.Ability to navigate and manage different platforms that serve different aspects of the business.Demonstrated knowledge of Business Intelligence as used to support corporate business functions.Love technology and be self-motivated to continuously learn and implement new tools and solutions.Analytical and solution-minded and takes initiative without direction.Critical thinking, problem-solving techniques, decision-making skills, and a proactive approach.Strong customer service skills to work with users at all levels of technical aptitude.Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.Experience:

5+ years of prior "hands-on" experience delivering business systems solutions.Prior experience in a Business Systems team is a plus.Physical Requirements:
