We put people first by providing our employees with the tools and resources to be their best selves at Everlane.Oversee HR operations and programs at Everlane, encompassing employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance. Identify areas for enhancement and devise strategies to optimize HR processes. Offer guidance to our teams on HR policies, procedures, and ensure a superior employee experience.This is a full-time role based at either our Los Angeles Creative Studio or San Francisco office location. This person will report to our Sr. Director of HRBP and People Operations.Your day-to-day:Design and implement core HR Operations programs: Employee onboarding and offboarding, performance and talent management, and system management with employee lifecycle.Support leave of absence management, benefits administration, and open enrollment along with our Benefits Manager.Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Payroll, IT, etc. with the ability to influence and drive positive change.Manage internal mobility processing and execution.Ensure compliance with employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, DOL, Worker's Compensation, health & safety).Respond to audits, identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement changes with HRIS and people processes, procedures, and policies.Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Team Members on company policies and procedures.Build relationships and partnerships with teams across the organization.We'd love to hear from you if you have:5 years of experience in HR administration, operations, benefits administration, or generalist roles.3+ years of experience managing people and team development.Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP, Zendesk, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.A passion for prioritizing people first.Excellent attention to detail.The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.High ethical standards with demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.Effective oral and written communication skills.A client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization.Fine Print:California Residents:

At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $89,000 - $131,000.

This range is based on the San Francisco geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.Everlane is deeply committed to respecting and protecting your data privacy.
