Help Desk Manager Nights & Weekends

The Nights and Weekend Help Desk Manager will manage the activities and personnel of the MBTA IT night and weekend help desk analysts to ensure MBTA employees receive the highest level of IT support and service. This includes ensuring the operation is aligned with established procedures and practices, monitoring performance of support personnel, performing trend analyses, and recommending enhancements for improving service delivery.
