Key Responsibilities:
Support the Relationship Managers with program/project management, administrative, and analytical tasks such as:Partnering with Chief Data Office (CDO) to support data governance programs for data modelling, process mapping, and data taxonomy for various RES functions.Create/modify Relationship Manager process documentation library and support corrective action plans.Coordinate Relationship Manager programs/projects with GSO project manager. Create project plans engaging with necessary teams and stakeholders, track tasks to deadlines, solve issues that may arise, and evaluate project performance.Participate in testing process, including the execution of testing scripts and documenting testing results.Analyzing data to support reporting teams to deliver accurate reports that align to the business needs/requests.Working routine administrative data fixes related to SAR/RFCs.Development Value:
The ability to work with global teams from several disciplines on a regular basis.Knowledge \ Experience:
6+ years in Data Governance/Analytics in a corporate environment.6+ years in Technical / Operations support function.Experience in data governance and project management.Knowledge of Client Business and Systems a plus.Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate a plus.Qualifications:
Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to follow items through entire life cycle to ensure completeness.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional and/or academic training).Bilingual skills considered as a plus.Skills:
Strong Use of Excel and other Microsoft Office ApplicationsStrong Use of Visio and other process mapping toolsKnowledge of Agile MethodologiesStrong understanding of data handling, organization, and summarizationExcellent oral and written communicationCompetencies :
Ability to work flexibly in a highly dynamic, demanding and fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and unsupervised, but willing to communicate and collaborate with peers.Ability to handle short-term deadlines & conflicting priorities.Commitment to accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.Strong organizational & process documentation skills.
