Patient Service Representative
to join our team. QMG is a multi-specialty group practice with more than 155 physicians and providers in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri. QMG has been a recognized leader in healthcare for more than 85 years and we continue to lead the way in transforming healthcare.
Responsibilities
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for providing support to patients in navigating their clinic expenses and health insurance claims.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work location is in Quincy, IL.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience and knowledge in healthcare billing. Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Detail oriented and organized. Compassionated towards patients.
High school diploma or GED; or 6 months related experience; or a combination of experience and education required.
