Responsibilities:
Lead project management from requirements definition through implementation for multiple technical projects. (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, UAT testing, and implementation planning). Some projects may be strategic in nature.Develop and manage project plans, budget and timelinesCoordinate with business owners to update project changes, status and timelines as neededWork with business owners to ensure projects stay within scope and budget and on timeIdentify risks and mitigation strategiesTrack and report project outcomes and risks to key stakeholdersCoordinates and directs activities of cross-functional project teamEnsures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.Obtain and manage any external resources required for project completion.
Must Have Skill Sets:
Mastery of advanced project management experience with project management tools (I.E Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)Experience with managing technology development projectsManaging cross functional teamsPharma / healthcare experience is required
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of business experience in a role aligned with a commercial organizationProfessional Project Management Certification (PMP)
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries with experience in patient supportStrong project management skills - proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed environment.Expertise in running medium to large scale projectsExperience with project management tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets, etc) and analyst methodologies and best practicesStrong analytical skillsOrganized and detail orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
