The quality team meticulously maintains organized records and documents that describe processes, procedures, standards, and outcomes related to product quality. When customers request quality related information, our team promptly provides the necessary documentation. This transparence fosters trust and ensures that customers receive accurate and reliable details about product quality. Focusing on product compliances, ensuring that products meet legal, safety, and environmental standards. This include adherence to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), requirements, which are increasingly important for sustainable and responsible business practices.Responsibilities:Collect information related to ESG survey topics to align with industry standards. (Climate Impact, Resource Use, Biodiversity, Product Stewardship, , Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Commitment, Resilience and Data Protection and Privacy)ESG Risk Evaluation and Corrective ActionsCorporate Sustainability ReportingConsult Semtech Teams (Business Units, Legal, HR and Procurement) for routine compliance for Customer Specific InquiriesAcquire access to Customer Portals for upload of customer requested surveysWork with ESG, CDP and CSA Teams for Yearly Data Collection and Upload Surveys to meet deadlines.Administrator for Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, Supplier Surveys and Corporate Surveys.Play key role in building, testing, documenting and monitoring assigned document data processes, templates and workflowsHelp to develop and maintain data standards, sustain model processes and documentationParticipate in review of document data within PLM and ensure adherence to governance policies prior to entry into Agile PLMEnsure the information and management control system is implemented in compliance with the Company standard; and is updated to reflect revisions to those standards. Maintain awareness of new Interested Parties and/or Program initiatives that may impact the control or distribution of information on the project.Ability to problem solveProvide Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) audits of the POR Document Control files and the Prolog electronic Document Control files.Assists with policy discussions, including e-mail recording and retention, video recording and retention, etc.Monitor, report, and evaluate the performance of data governance services on the basis of specific Key Performance IndicatorsCoordinate and drive the review of continuous improvement initiativesTrack and Management Employee Functions: Conflict Minerals (CMRT)/Extended Minerals (EMRT), REACH and RoHS Hazardous Substances, CA Proposition 65, TSCA Restrictions, Human Trafficking and Slavery, Code of Conduct (CoC), EU Waste Framework Directive, Material Declaration and Inter-Process Communication (IPC)Backup when employees are Out Of OfficeMinimum Qualifications:Junior Engineer with Semiconductor product quality compliance experienceBachelor's in computer science. (AI experience is a plus)Ability to supervise teams and advise on documentation collection focused on turn-around-time, improvement and innovationUnderstanding of multiple regulatory environmental product restrictionsThe intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
