Responsibilities for a .NET LeadCollaborating with project managers and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Designing and developing high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework, adhering to coding standards and best practices.Conduct code reviewsCollaborating with other teams, such as QA and Operations, to ensure smooth integration and deployment of software applications.Keeping up to date with industry trends and advancements in the .NET framework, recommending and implementing new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve software development processes.
Requirements for a .NET Lead & Developer may include:Strong experience with the Microsoft .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVCProficient in database design and development using SQL Server.Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
