The Data Scientist will join a team responsible for developing advanced analytics products; applying Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance and enable key mission outcomes. In this role, they will support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions to ETL, from performing analyses to delivery of insights to decision-makers, with particular attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce and consume it.The Data Scientist will develop advanced analytics in support of an Intelligence Community client, by providing data science and machine learning solutions to include programmatically accelerating data access, automating methodologies, and developing models that enhance predictive accuracy that counter national security threats.The team

Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.Qualifications

Required:Bachelor's degree required in relevant STEM fieldMust have Active TS/SCI Government Security Clearance or aboveWilling to go on-site into Washington D.C up to 4 days a week4+ years of experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, JSONs, XML4+ years of experience with Machine Learning (ML) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) Modeling4+ years of experience executing data science methods using python libraries for Data Cleaning/Wrangling, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Statistical Analysis, Data VisualizationExperience with machine learning to include supervised or unsupervised methods, with a focus on NLPExperience with Agile development methodologyPreferred:Experience or exposure using Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, GeoPandas, requests, urlib3, Matplotlib, plotly, scikit-learn, sciPy, OpenCV, GDAL, Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow, NLTK, spaCy, GensimFamiliar with Amazon Web Managed Services (AWS)Experience leveraging data analysis to construct compelling narrativesPrior professional services or federal consulting experienceHow you'll grow
