Schedule tests and follow up appointments as patients leave the officeReview instructions for studies scheduled with patientsEnter charges as patient is leaving, as well as during down timeCall patients to confirm appointmentsReceive, greet, and direct patientsVerify demographics, insurance, and pcp information at time of check inOther duties as assignedRequirements:
Must have experience in a medical office settingMust have knowledge of different insurancesMust have the ability to multitaskComputer knowledge is a mustExperience with an EMR system is a plusMust be well spoken, friendly, and outgoingCardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time.BEING THE BEST TEAM MEANS RECRUITING THE BEST PLAYERS.
