This is a fast-paced position where you’ll be responsible for sourcing, nurturing and reaching out to passive talented candidates for job opportunities within all departments here at our company. We are searching for a high activity prospector that isn’t afraid of doing cold outreach. The ideal candidate must have a salesperson approach who understands how to build value in a role and is a curious listener when screening candidates. Important skills would include proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, responsiveness and experience in ATS management. The Recruiter will also help drive the screening process as well as onboarding. 3+ Years of experience in a sourcing recruiting role.
