Senior Data Analyst (Flex Home/Office)

The role supports commercial farm/ranch product data transition efforts from on-premises policy administration systems into our GCP data warehouse environment. The data spans multiple operating companies at different phases of transition. You will collaborate with team members across various technical teams and other key stakeholders to transfer and structure consumable data for dashboard development, stakeholder self-service, as well as providing other data capabilities to users.You will report to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics - CFR.Position Compensation Range

Takes ownership of initiative analysis and delivers that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance.Ensures analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity and explains performance drivers and provides insights into performance trends.Communicates findings to various stakeholders and leadership with recommendations for actions to address business changes, trends, and issues.Develop and defines standard analytics and reporting governance and communication and ensures adherence to standards.Manages and operates a wide variety of analytical programs.Lead the improvement and automation of all digital analytics programs through various platforms.Supports and executes the analytical needs of throughout the enterprise.Processes, manipulates, and investigates large and complex datasets.Explores data to identify new attributes and determine best approach to address business issues.Develops tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance.An Ideal Candidate Would Have
Google Cloud Platform experience and using BigQuery preferred.Strong data visualization and tool development experience with Looker, Tableau or Looker Studio is preferred.Strong SQL skills and ability to work in business programming languages (Python, etc.)Demonstrated experience in leading through ambiguity and change management efforts.Licenses
