Job Description:We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our Specialty Periodontics practice at a state of art facility, known for its high patient volume! The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our dental office. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role. The right candidate is ready to take challenges and grow with this company! We are looking for a team member who will have a positive attitude and LOVE what they do and are truly PASSIONATE about patient care. Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanorEnter demographic data in the computerized patient information system.Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiriesServe as cashier; accept payments from patients; enter financial data into computer; issue receipts; balance cash drawer at end of day; set up payment contractsMaintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentialityCoordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to facilitate patient flowAssist with billing, coding, and other administrative tasks as neededRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting preferredProficiency in dental software and office management systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacyJob Type: Full-time/ Part-timeExperience:
