Windows Endpoint Administration is a key service and function within CNS OIT that ensures we meet campus compliance and provides a mechanism for addressing desktop problems at a large scale. Join us in our exciting journey, where teamwork and adaptability are key to success.ResponsibilitiesBuild/maintain endpoint images as well as application deployment packages for the College of Natural Sciences

Manage the packaging and deployment of endpoint OS builds, driver updates, software builds, BIOS updates (ensure that we are on the latest supported versions)

Manage endpoint licenses funded through the Dean's Office and manage roles and permissions in security solution management console

Perform system maintenance such as identifying endpoint models that are near end of life, ensuring at least 85% or all CNS endpoints receive security updates and patches on a regular cadence and work with vendor (Dell) to identify/benchmark next gen hardware to be considered for adoption as new standard

Generate recurring report capturing production endpoints that are at or near EOL, patching statistics and health check reports on endpoints to confirm that they are running baseline applications and agents. These should be submit to Assistant Director of Operations for review.

Required QualificationsAt least 2 years of demonstrated operational knowledge of Microsoft CM/SCCM/Group Policies

At least 2 years of demonstrated operational knowledge of Intune/Active Directory/Azure

At least 1 year of experience using ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing system

At least 5 years of demonstrated experience supporting Windows 10 or newer, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe and Cisco of products

At least 2 years of experience managing Active Directory Users and Computers

At least 1 year of operational knowledge of Bomgar

Basic understanding of network terminology and troubleshooting

At least 1 years of experience with reporting tools and log review.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Preferred QualificationsA Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Demonstrated operational experience with PowerShell

MECM or SCCM certifications

Network+ preferred

CCNA a plus

2 years of experience running queries and building dashboards in splunk and generating regular reports for leadership

Salary Range$65,000 + depending on qualificationsWorking ConditionsRepetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation

Occasional weekend, overtime and evening work to meet deadlines

Field work as necessary
